The MiLL Team at Warsaw University of Technology is set on a mission to develop
a new standard of living units
in the University's Wilga Recreation Centre.

The Micro Living Lab will be comfortable, compact and pushing the boundaries of prefabricated sustainable construction.

optimizing performance

After construction of two first modules (planned 2025), post occupancy evaluation (POE) will be conducted, and real-time and aggregated data will help inform the construction of next units.

Wilga Recreation Centre is the perfect place to establish a new standard of leisure and didactics.
MiLL is part of a wider strategical programme which aims to bring out the potential of the place during the next 10 years.

Multiple MiLL units are planned in the future, with their design enhanced by the data collected from first two modules.

56 km from the University campus, Wilga is a place with
great potential for research projects, leisure, and innovative teaching facilities.
